We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic MDM accounts.You will be the ultimate owner of Net Revenue Retention (NRR), responsible for the success, growth, and satisfaction of your customers. You’ll act as a strategic partner to IT leaders and operational teams, guiding them through onboarding, technical deployment, and long-term device management optimization.This is a senior role for someone who is highly autonomous, deeply experienced in enterprise SaaS environments, and fluent in the challenges of mobile device management, endpoint security, and IT compliance.
